Delivery:
For stock items we aim to dispatch your order the next working day after we receive it. If in stock please allow 7 days for the order to arrive. We will let you know if there will be a delay, offering either to keep your goods on order or refund to you.

Please note: For Rest of World, local import duties may be payable upon receipt. International delivery times vary depending on destination.

Returns/Guarantees Policy:
How do I return an item.

Simply email your order number the item code and a brief description of the problem to sales@techbags.co.uk, once we receive your application for return of goods, you will receive instructions on how to proceed via email.

To give you a few pointers on how we manage our returns, here are some simple and easy to follow guidelines

  • Faulty or defective items: If you return an item because of an error on our part, or it is defective, we will happily refund the cost of the item and any postage and packing. The item(s) must be returned within 15 days of purchase. This does not include damage caused by improper use and removal. Always read and make certain all users of the product read the instructions before use.

  • Change of heart: Goods returned to us because of a change of heart must be unused and in perfect, re-saleable condition (including product packaging, instructions, etc.), otherwise we will not be able to refund you. The item(s) must be returned within 15 days of purchase.

  • Items lost in transit: We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit: as you are responsible for returning the item(s) to us, we recommend sending the package by Recorded/Special Delivery.
